HOW IT STARTED

GO North Medical Outreach was founded in 2023 as a partnership between Mission Pediatrics, Meediik Smilehub Foundation, and Klicks Africa Foundation. We recognized a critical gap in neurodevelopmental healthcare for children in Northern Ghana — families struggling without access to early diagnosis, therapy, or professional support.

MISSION
To provide free, high-quality neurodevelopmental screening, therapy, training, and advocacy for children and their caregivers while empowering local systems to support inclusive growth.

VISION
A Northern Ghana where every child with a neurodevelopmental condition has access to diagnosis, therapy, and educational support — regardless of location or income.

Since 2023, we have delivered free assessments, therapy services, community education, and capacity building, reaching communities often left behind by specialized healthcare.
